The Map Build server is currently whitelisted at the moment. I don't really know the reason as to why, but hopefully, it will become accessible to everyone soon.
If you were really looking forward to going on the build server however, you can PM one of the admins (Venom983 or Dez) on forums or in-game if you could be on the whitelist.
